T-Rex
T-Rex is simple enough to be played by your kids and fun enough that you'll enjoy playing with them. After you help them play it once though, they can play without you. This children's game reinforces the concepts of chance, cause and effect, and strategy.
The object is to be the player to get the most dinosaurs from the glaciers in the north to the warmer climates in the south. Every turn is begun with a die roll that shows how many spaces to advance your dino. Every space on the board contains a picture which tells you what to do when your dino lands there. Sometimes, your turn is over, sometimes you go back where you started, sometimes you get to advance one of your other dinos, and sometimes your dino becomes lunch for T-Rex. The game is fast paced, easy to learn, and comes with 20 small plastic dinos plus 1 large T-Rex.
