How to buy the book:

The book costs $13.95. Because it is so light and small compared to our other products, we can ship it for just $1 in the US/Canada and we can toss it in for free shipping when you buy something else, even another book (i.e. you pay shipping on the first book, but not on additional books).

If you are outside the US/Canada, we can still toss the book in for free shipping on another order. However, we can't ship it stand alone for $1, so there are 2 Elsewhere "Buy It Now" buttons. One is for buying just a book, and it will automatically have a $3.50 "price" increase (plus the $1.00 "standard" book shipping) to cover international shipping. The other is for adding a book to your order when buying something else (even another book) at no shipping charge.

Sorry for the complication, but our shopping cart is not sophisticated enough to sort it all out on its own.
