Q. I want to buy bulk. Got any discounts?

A. Yes. If you want to buy in bulk (4+), e-mail us for terms.

Q. If I can fool your shopping cart, is the sale final?

A. No. The shopping cart is not sophisticated, but it's free software so we don't complain. All sales are carefully reviewed by a human and are only considered final after we ship the items. If you trick the shopping cart software, we will contact you to resolve the situation or arrange a refund. One example of this would be to use a discount check out code advertised for Warlords on a purchase of Barbarossa.

Q. I don't want to use a credit card. Is there another way to pay?

A. Paypal (and credit card via Paypal) is the only way to pay on-line.  You can send a check or money order to Conquest Gaming LLC, 5530 E 4th PL, Tulsa, OK, 74112.  To pay this way, click "buy it now" and during the checkout process, choose money order for the form of payment.  That way, you will know how much to send (it calculates shipping and tax), and we'll be on the look out for your check. Once the check clears, your game will be shipped promptly.

Q. Are the games fun?

A. We think they are really a lot of fun. It makes it hard to develop new games when we like playing the ones we have so much.

Q. Will you buy my concept and turn it into a game?

A. No. All our resources are going into Warlords of Europe right now. Depending on its success, we have a lot of our own game designs in the queue for production, in addition to more runs of Warlords. We won't be in a position to take outside game designs for several years, if ever. You may find success in contacting a more established publisher who prints games from a variety of designers. That's just not what we do right now.

Q. If I produce a game, will you sell it for me?

A. Maybe, we do sell quality non-Conquest products, but we are not a retailer by design. E-mail us.

Q. It's not balanced!  Did you guys even play test these things?

A. Extensively.  Strategy and die rolls notwithstanding, we feel that all players have an equal opportunity to win at the outset of each game.  While we enjoy playing games that are tilted (such as Axis and Allies), balance is an important element in our game design process.

Q. What do you get when you mix some gaming buddies, some really fun game concepts, a couple of years and a couple hundred bucks?

A. Conquest Gaming LLC.  You'll be blown away!  We certainly are.

Sales/Shipping Policies

Q. What are your Shipping and Handling Policies?

A. Your order will be shipped within 3 working days, usually sooner. We ship single copies of Warlords via USPS Priority, in the 1095 box (it fits tighter than OJ's glove). If you live in roughly the eastern 2/3 of the US, we may use the new USPS regional flat rate box B (because their old system wasn't complex enough). If you are purchasing small items such as parts, the shopping cart will charge you for the USPS fmall flat rate priority box. If your order does not fit into 1 small flat rate box, we will contact you to resolve the issue (you may have to pay more for shipping, or cancel the order). If your order fits into a regular envelope, we have been known to mail things that way and refund customers part of the shipping. For larger orders, we will use FedEx Ground and/or Parcel Post unless you are somewhat near TN with a light order (not even all the Blue zone is near enough...the USPS shipping zone system is interesting/complicated in that Priority prices shoot up massively with increased distance and weight spread over a total of 8 zones, which we've simplified as best we could). This is why buying a lot of games using the shopping cart does not increase the shipping price very much, if at all.

Q. What about International Shipping?

A. Your order will be shipped via US Postal Service International Priority. This is about half the cost of DHL, UPS, or FedEx, the last time we checked. You might consider going in with some friends and having a carton of 6 games shipped. This is much cheaper per unit; e-mail us. If you are purchasing small items such as parts, the shopping cart will charge you for the USPS small flat rate priority box. If your order does not fit into 1 small flat rate box, we will contact you to resolve the issue (you may have to pay more for shipping, or cancel the order). If you want to buy a lot of small items, and the shopping cart's shipping rate jumps up a lot, e-mail us and we will see how much we can fit into which box types to give you the best possible shipping rate.

Q. What if my order is lost in the mail?

A. Conquest Gaming LLC is not responsible for lost mail. If you want us to insure the package, put that in the shipping instructions field. We will do a PayPal request to cover the insurance cost. If a game is lost in the mail, please contact us as soon as possible.

Q. What if I don't like your Shipping Policy/Method/Packaging?

A. If any of this is not satisfactory, contact us. We can ship via any method and packaging of your choosing, with as much insurance and tracking/confirmation as you like. We will then send a PayPal money request to cover the additional cost.

Q. What about sales tax?

A. We collect sales tax for OK, TN, and any state that is hosting a convention where we are selling games. We use the website to process convention sales. If you happen to be from such a state and make an on-line purchase at home while we have your state's tax activated (i.e. you are NOT at the convention buying directly from us), contact us for a refund of your tax.

Q. Can I return a game?

A. All sales are final. If your game shipped with components damaged or missing, e-mail us, and we will ship you the missing components at our expense. Game components are listed with each game.

Link Policy

Q. Can you put up a link to my gaming website?

A. We will usually trade links with any game related site (strategy, resource, or sales).  We don't put up banners for other sites because we try to keep our pages optimized for speed and ease of use.  If you want to use and/or resize our logo in the upper left or title logo on the top, that's fine.  Go ahead and link to us, just send us an e-mail so we can link back. If you want to include a one liner about Conquest on your website, here's one: "Conquest Gaming LLC specializes in plastic miniature strategy games. Warlords of Europe is our flagship game."
